Each project adds a new dimension to the evolving built environment, shaping the cities of tomorrow.

BEYOND Developments: Forest District by the Sea

BEYOND Developments announced the launch of the region’s first Forest District by the Sea, and Talea, the first in a series of residential towers that will bring this vision to life. Set in Dubai Maritime City, this pioneering destination is a coastal haven designed around nature, wellness, and sustainability, and establishes a new standard for nature-integrated urban living.
Talea, the first residential tower within the district, draws inspiration from the natural rhythms of earth and water. Its architecture features flowing lines, vertical greenery and expansive glazing that brings the surrounding forest into every home. The tower comprises 354 residences, including one- to three-bedroom apartments and a limited collection of four-bedroom penthouses. Interiors are guided by a forest-inspired colour scheme, natural earth tones, and sweeping views of sea, skyline, and woodland.
Azizi Developments: Azizi David

Azizi Developments launches Azizi David in dubai’s strategic Al Jaddaf area. Azizi David features a selection of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and opulent penthouses. Residents will enjoy access to retail promenades and a wide array of lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including swimming pools, a cinema, fully equipped gym, kids’ play area, multipurpose room, retail spaces, ample parking, and 24-hour security. With panoramic creekside views, the development is set to become one of Al Jaddaf’s most desirable addresses.

Saudi Arabia: Riyadh monorail project

Saudi Arabia to launch Riyadh monorail project by the end of 2025. Adriverless monorail project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will be launched before the end of this year, according to a company executive. The monorail will be tested in early 2027 before it is fully commissioned in the same year, said Faddy Al-Aql, Chief Asset Delivery Officer at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), who signed the contract for the monorail in late 2024.
He said the monorail will support the ’10-minute city’ concept, where every destination is within a 10-minute walk, using suspended pedestrian bridges that connect all buildings to each other, including the metro station within KAFD.
Cheval Blanc and Shamal Holding: LVMH hospitality maison

Cheval Blanc and Shamal Holding announce region’s first maison in Dubai. Opening in 2029, the project will mark the debut of a Cheval Blanc maison in Dubai — a discreet private island escape offering a rare blend of intimacy, architectural elegance, and beachfront living.
Set within a preserved coastal landscape and surrounded by the Arabian Gulf, the development will pair Cheval Blanc’s signature refinement with Shamal’s bold vision for elevated placemaking. The maison will feature 30 suites and 40 private pool villas, each reflecting Cheval Blanc’s unique design philosophy: contemporary yet timeless, immersive yet serene.
BEYOND Developments: PASSO
BEYOND Developments unveiled PASSO, a sculptural waterfront development located on the prestigious West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. As the company’s first flagship project beyond its masterplan in Dubai Maritime City (DMC), PASSO marks a defining moment in BEYOND’s strategic expansion, bringing its distinctive design philosophy to one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.

ATARA Development x Marriott International to launch Sheraton branded residences on Al Marjan Island. Co-located with the Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort, the beachfront residences feature 141 units. The agreement was signed in the presence of dignitaries of Marjan and Marriott, including Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, who joined ATARA leadership to commemorate the milestone.
With a pipeline of over 1 million square feet planned in the next two years, it represents a major step in ATARA’s growth. Building on a strong track record of sold-out projects in Dubai’s most prestigious locations such as Pearl Jumeirah Island, La Mer South Island, and Dubai Islands, this collaboration with Marriott International sets a new benchmark in luxury living and reinforces ATARA´s position as a lead developer.
Meranti: Green iron project, Oman

Singapore group Meranti launches green iron project in Oman. Meranti Green Steel, a leading industrial group in Singapore, has announced the launch of its green iron project in the Duqm Special Economic Zone, aiming to produce low-emission direct reduced iron (DRI) and hot briquetted iron (HBI) as part of the company’s global efforts to decarbonise the iron and steelmaking process.
Meranti’s focus will be on utilising a Natural Gas/ Green Hydrogen mix in line with Oman’s Energy Transition Plan.
Ellington Properties: Eaton Square

Eaton Square set to be Ellington’s first A-Grade office building. Ellington Properties announces the launch of Eaton Square, its first-ever commercial development. Located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), this project marks a bold new chapter for the developer, extending its signature commitment to thoughtful design and human-centric living into the commercial real estate sector.

Marquis Developers unveils Marquis One at Arjan Community. Marquis Developers unveiled its seventh project – the super elegant Marquis One – in Arjan. The 22-storeyed tower will deliver nearly 500 lifestyle homes ranging from studios to 2-bedroom apartments when completed in 2028.
The upcoming Marquis One project will be bigger and taller than the previous ones, and is set to add over 480 units to Marquis’ inventory of luxurious, functional and upscale apartments. It offers elegantly designed studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
Meraki Developers: The Haven

Meraki Developers unveils ‘The Haven’ in Majan, Dubailand The Haven has been conceptualised as a contemporary residential enclave that blends urban accessibility with tranquil living.
