The Meraki journey began in 1992 with the launch of Meraki Integrated Contracting - an ambition to build with integrity, precision, and care. Over the decades, it has delivered more than 15 million sq ft and AED 5.3 billion in projects, shaping communities across Dubai. Its reputation was built on meticulous quality, safety, sustainability, and an unwavering commitment to every client.
Meraki Facade, Glazing & Architectural Metal Works
In 2007, Meraki expanded into specialised facade engineering, establishing a 130,000 sq ft production hub equipped with advanced machinery and expert talent. This vertical brought craftsmanship and precision to the forefront - designing, fabricating, and installing bespoke facades that blend creativity with technical excellence, and consistently delivering projects on time with uncompromising attention to detail.
Meydan Heights Villas
In 2014, Meraki delivered 306 premium villas for the landmark Meydan Heights community, showcasing its ability to manage large-scale residential development with precision. Despite tight timelines, the team ensured superior finishes, robust structural quality, and seamless coordination.
Meraki Education
Meraki Education was founded in 2014 with the ambition to build exceptional premium K–12 institutions, with its first world-class campuses in Dubai constructed and delivered by Meraki Integrated Contracting. Today, the vertical serves over 5,750 students across three schools in the UAE and Singapore. Along the way, Meraki has forged partnerships with leading UK institutions, including North London Collegiate School and St Paul’s Girls’ School - demonstrating its credibility and long-term commitment to educational excellence.

Launch of Meraki Genesis
Meraki Developers launched Meraki Genesis, marking its entry into modern residential development. The project set the tone for the vertical’s design philosophy - purposeful planning, refined interiors, and high-quality construction - establishing Meraki’s presence in Dubai’s real estate market.
Rixos Hotel, JBR
Meraki Integrated Contracting LLC. successfully completed the high-profile Rixos Premium Dubai JBR project on Jumeirah Beach Residence, delivering a 35-storey urban hotel featuring 414 rooms and suites with panoramic sea and skyline views. The achievement showcased the team’s capability in managing complex hospitality construction, premium finishes, tight scheduling and demanding logistics.
Meraki Genesis Handover
Meraki Genesis was handed over, marking a key milestone for Meraki Developers and its in-house contracting capability. The project was certified by Dubai Land Department inspectors as one of the “Top 10 Projects of 2020” for speed of construction, highlighting Meraki’s efficiency, quality, and disciplined project delivery.
Acacia Project
Meraki Integrated Contracting built and handed over Emaar’s Acacia in Dubai Hills Estate, a community of three mid-rise buildings with nearly 480 residences. As part of a flagship neighbourhood within one of Dubai’s most prominent master plans, the project strengthened Meraki’s involvement in shaping large, destination-led residential districts through reliable execution and on-ground support.
Launch of The Haven I
Meraki Developers launched The Haven I in Majan, introducing a new community-focused residential concept centred on wellbeing and thoughtful design. The development features 322 homes across a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and benefits from Majan’s strategic connectivity to major Dubai destinations.
Ikigai Steel
Meraki Group established Ikigai Steel, a specialist structural-steel fabrication vertical located in the Hamriyah Free Zone on a site of over 50,950 m². The facility supports high-volume, high-precision production, offering end-to-end services from engineering and fabrication to blasting, painting, fire-proofing, transport and erection—serving industrial plants, commercial buildings, stadiums and long-span structures.
Launch of The Haven II
Meraki Developers launched The Haven II in Majan, introducing the next chapter of its growing residential community. The project features 226 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, with unit sizes of roughly 400 to 1,200 sq ft. Designed around wellness-focused living and enhanced green spaces, Haven II builds on the strong reception of the Haven I.
Launch of The Haven III
Meraki Developers expanded its presence within the Majan community with the launch of The Haven III, adding another development of contemporary apartments designed around wellness, natural light, and community living. With a refined mix of unit types and enhanced shared amenities, Haven III further strengthened the Haven brand as one of Majan’s most cohesive and thoughtfully planned residential apartments.
The Haven I Handover
In 2025, Meraki Developers handed over The Haven I in Majan, delivering 322 well-planned residential units on time and bringing the first phase of the Haven community to life. Notably, over 73% of homes were handed over with ZERO snags, underscoring Meraki’s focus on quality assurance and a smooth customer experience from day one.
